Spelt
Wheat
Spelt is the oldest original grain in the world. It has never been cloned since the past 2500 years when it was a common grain in Persia. At that time even the Egyptians used it.
Nowadays, that so many people are sensitive and intolerant for the type of grain we use today, spelt becomes the only solution for these people to eat bread.
To create export chances for the Indian farmers, Indo Dutch Joint Venture Consultancy cooperates with an Indian partner in trials to grow spelt in India.
